JLPT Master is an independent study app, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Japan Foundation or Japan Educational Exchanges and Services. Practice papers and scores are not official JLPT examinations/results. Passing an exam is not guaranteed.

Free access and future offers

The current build is free and accepts no payments. Any future paid offer must show its actual price, features, access period, payment and refund terms before purchase. These terms do not authorize a charge or promise future paid features.

Core study works without an account. Online/community features need connectivity and may need sign-in. Keep your account secure.

Acceptable use and submissions

Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful or abusive content, interfere with services or seek unauthorized access. You retain rights to your own notes/content and must have permission to upload them.

Submitting public content permits the operator to store/display it for the feature you use. Public reviews and multiplayer names are visible to others. This permission ends when content is removed, subject to necessary processing and provider backups.

Third-party rights

Dictionary data, sentences, stroke diagrams, fonts and software keep their own licences; see Credits and licences. These terms do not restrict reuse rights granted by those licences. No exclusive ownership of third-party datasets is claimed.

Original app materials may only be copied/redistributed as permitted by their applicable licence or law. The original app code/content licensing decision remains pending before commercial launch.

Accuracy, availability and rights

Translations and practice materials can contain errors. Verify important information independently. Offline features depend on downloaded data and available storage. Online services may become unavailable; features may change.

Back up study data before changing devices or clearing storage. Android updates need installation confirmation and compatible signing. Material changes affecting paid access must be addressed under the purchase terms applicable at that time.

The service is supplied as available, subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Jurisdiction-specific commercial terms need the operator’s confirmed identity/country.
